Fusion Pointe offers two ways to live: a private room in a shared apartment for one all-in monthly price, or a full three or four bedroom apartment home of your own.

The co-living rooms are the simplest way to move in. You get your own bedroom and your own private bathroom, the shared living areas come furnished, and one payment covers rent, water and sewer, trash, electricity, cable and Wi-Fi — so there is nothing else to set up and no separate utility bills to chase. The community has a pool, a fitness center and a clubhouse, and first-floor homes in every building are accessible.

The Layout

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms.

Every bedroom in the four bedroom home has its own full bathroom — which is what makes the co-living rooms work. Shared space runs down the middle: living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry.

Co-living rooms are all-in at $625 a month with no separate utility bill. In the three and four bedroom apartment homes, cable and Wi-Fi are $40 a month and utilities are billed based on a usage formula. Select affordable housing options are available — ask the leasing office whether you qualify.

The Community

More than somewhere to sleep.

Fusion Pointe is six buildings on College Pointe Lane in Spartanburg, seventy-two homes in total, with the pool, clubhouse and fitness center grouped together at the front of the property.

The leasing office and the mail center are on site, and the first-floor home in every building is accessible. Parking is on site, including accessible spaces beside each building. Spartanburg’s shops, restaurants and major employers are an easy drive away.
